Our Rising Tide Executive Coaching focuses on personalized plans to help you reach your goals. Our team will use the onboarding process to obtain information about your practice and formulate a plan based on your concerns and goals. Each course of action is unique to your practice.
Once onboarding is complete you can pick the best option that works for you. Monthly executive coaching includes one-to-one phone calls and the necessary tools to reach your goals. Our team will focus on a personalized course of action which will look different for each company’s goals and concerns. Private client coaching goes more in depth. With the longer commitment, we will be able to visit your office and complete personalized in office trainings for you and your staff.
With these options we hope to provide a truly personal and unique experience. We know each practice has its own goals and concerns and we are here to help you solve your problems and take your practice to the next level.
Summary of Coaching Packages
Onboarding - $1500
Process takes 30 - 60 days and includes one-on-one phone calls, obtaining office metrics, evaluation of current concerns and goals with a suggested course of action.
Executive Coaching - $1500 per month
Six month commitment required. Includes 2 monthly one-to-one phone calls with appropriate support to work through the suggested course of action plan
Private Client Coaching - $3000 per month
Twelve month commitment required. Includes all benefits of executive coaching (listed above) as well as in office visits and staff trainings.
*Client must cover travel expenses
